1. Introduction
Welcome to TechFortune Ghana. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TechFortune Ghana Ltd's Website and Services. By accessing this website and participating in our raffles, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use TechFortune Ghana if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be 18 years of age or older and be residents of Ghana. Employees of TechFortune Ghana Ltd, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the raffles.
3. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets must be purchased using approved payment methods (Ghana Mobile Money). The price per ticket is clearly stated for each raffle. TechFortune is not responsible for any network or transaction fees charged by your mobile money provider.
4. Draws and Winners
Draws are conducted automatically and randomly at the specified end date of each raffle. Winners will be notified via SMS. The decision of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Limitation of Liability
TechFortune Ghana Ltd. is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the raffle. We are not liable for any losses or damages incurred as a result of participation.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
